1. Introduction Welcome to Sunrise Laser Studio. By accessing this website and purchasing our products (whether custom designs or stock items), you agree to the following terms. We are a locally owned business based on Maui, Hawaii.
2. Products & Descriptions We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please keep in mind:
- Materials: For laser-cut items involving wood, leather, or acrylic, natural variations in grain, texture, and burn marks are part of the process. No two pieces are exactly alike.
- Colors: Actual colors of pins, lanyards, and other accessories may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings.
3. Custom Orders For any personalized or custom laser work (signage, custom gifts, etc.):
- Proofs: For most custom projects, we will provide a digital proof for your approval. Please review this carefully. Once you approve the proof, we are not responsible for errors (such as spelling or layout) that existed in the approved design.
- Cancellations: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
4. Payments We accept major credit cards and other payment methods indicated at checkout. Payment is required in full before shipping stock items or beginning production on custom work.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Ready-to-ship items (pins, lanyards, earrings) usually ship within 2-5 business days. Custom orders will have specific timelines discussed at the time of order.
- Shipping: We ship from Maui, Hawaii. Please allow appropriate time for delivery, especially for mainland orders.
- Lost/Damaged Packages: Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS/UPS), Sunrise Laser Studio is not liable for lost or stolen packages. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Custom/Personalized Items: All sales are final on custom or personalized items. We cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Stock Items (Pins, Lanyards, etc.): If you are not satisfied with a stock item, you may return it in its original, unused condition within [14] days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs). The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
7. Intellectual Property All designs, artwork, and photography on this site are the property of Sunrise Laser Studio and Makoa. You may not reproduce, resell, or copy our designs (including our pin designs and custom layouts) without express written permission.
8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
